Purpose:The WASH Officer shall act under the direction and supervision of the WASH Unit to ensure that all activities undertaken are according to approved operational plan and directed towards achievement of the project goal and objectives. The PO will liaise and coordinate, both internally and externally, with stakeholders and will perform technical, administrative and reporting functions at field-level.
Coordinates, facilitates and monitors the chapter project implementation of activities according to target timelines;- Monitor the appropriate and effective utilization of project resources in supporting the chapter in the delivery of basic WASH services to the schools and communities.
Provides technical input to programmatic project implementation, periodic project planning and coordinate meetings as required.
- Provides necessary support to chapter and Community Organizers in preparing for and carrying out project activities.
Work with the WASH Officer, CA and CSR on budget management including forecasting, expense tracking, and financial accounting of chapter expenses.

Facilitate preparation of chapter-based implementation plan and budget for WASH Unit and NHQ approval- Monitor the progress of the field level implementation of all project activities through site visit, meetings with the chapter staff, volunteers and project partners and provide update reports with recommended actions necessary for the project improvement
Provides necessary support to chapter and Community Organizers in documentation and reporting
- Organize and facilitate project review and evaluation
Ensure proper and timely submission of required periodic reporting requirements (Narrative and financial)
- Partnership and Networking
Ensure the signing and follow through the execution of MOA stating specific commitments between PRC and GU that are conducive to effective partnerships and sustainability with the local health system.- Conducts regular consultation and monitoring with local stakeholders to ensure a working relationship is established and maintained.
Bachelor s Degree on any related field with Public Health, Social Sciences, or other related courses.- With at least (2) years of experience
Amenable to work in Mandaluyong City
