JOB REQUIREMENT :- Graduate of Automotive or any College Degree
At least 2 years of working experience in Automotive Industry- At least two (2) years of experience in processing warranty claims to manufacturer/suppler.
Knowledgeable in warranty process, claims procedure, and administrative functions.
Can communicate well with members Gather customer details in preparation for the claim;- Gather needed photos in coordination with the mechanics and service advisor.
File claims in Faw EP system.
- Prepare MRS, JO creation, and Job contract related warranty claims.
Submit reports per schedule.- With atleast 2 years experience in Automotive Company.
