Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Knowledgeable with telecom equipment (Wireless, Data Center).

  • Receive and review warranty claims from customers.

  • Coordinate with technical support and engineering teams to resolve warranty issues.

  • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of parts.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for warranty-related inquiries from customers

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or any related field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in inventory management and Microsoft Office.

  • Experience in warranty administration, parts management, or related field.

  • Previous management experience is a plus.

  • WIlling to work Monday - Saturday

  • Work Location: BGC

  • Can start immediately

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
