Warehouseman
Job description:
- Completes shipments by processing and loading orders.
Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; placing orders in delivery area.- Performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits
Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.
- Promotes clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
Qualifications:- Excellent organizational skills
Knowledge of technology and machinery used for transporting or storing materials
- Understanding of inventory
Awareness of Public Safety and Security measures in place to prevent injuries- Understanding of how to dispose of hazardous waste material in a safe manner
Ability to use computer technology to make labels, track inventory, and keep a record of storage
- Ability to work well with others
