Job Description:
Receives, inspects, stores, issues and transfers construction materials, tools and equipment, in good working condition, based on valid supporting documents and prepares corresponding documents in a timely manner.
Coordinates the schedule of receipt, storage and transfer of construction materials, tools and equipment with MMD purchaser, construction superintendents and other warehousemen, respectively.
Reports in a timely manner damaged, defective, lost construction materials, tools and equipment as well as over and under-delivery from suppliers.
Monitors and reports scrap materials for disposal to the WMM.
Monitors tools and equipment, subject for repair and calibration.
Maintains accurate inventory of construction materials, tools and equipment and HCCIMIS records of all warehousing activities and processes.
Conducts monthly and year-end inventory count and submits results to immediate superior and manager.
Maintains the warehouse safe, secured and clean.
Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Supports and complies with the requirement of ISO 9001:2008 QMS of the company.
