Warehouseman

Job Summary:
A warehouseman is responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods within a warehouse environment. They ensure that all incoming and outgoing materials are handled and processed accurately, while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

• Responsibilities:

Receiving and Inspecting Goods: Receive incoming shipments, verify the contents against packing slips or purchase orders, and inspect for any damages or discrepancies.

• Storage and Organization: Properly store goods in designated locations within the warehouse, ensuring efficient use of space and easy retrieval when needed. Maintain organized inventory systems, such as using barcodes or computerized tracking systems.

Picking and Packing Orders: Fulfill customer orders by accurately picking the required items from the warehouse shelves or storage areas. Pack orders securely to prevent damage during transportation.

Shipping and Dispatch: Prepare outgoing shipments for delivery, including labeling, documenting contents, and arranging for transportation. Coordinate with shipping carriers or logistics companies to ensure timely delivery.Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts to reconcile physical stock levels with records in the inventory management system. Identify and report any discrepancies or stock shortages.

• Maintaining Cleanliness and Safety: Keep the warehouse clean and organized, including sweeping floors, removing debris, and maintaining clear aisles. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries.

Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and other departments to coordinate workflow, address issues, and ensure smooth operations within the warehouse.

• Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.

Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures.

• Basic computer skills for inventory management and data entry.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Willing to assigned in Quezon City, Pasig, Makati, and Avenida
