- Duties & Responsibilities:
Shall ensure that needed spares, tools and consumables are available at all times- Shall ensure that good housekeeping is always observed inside the tool room.
Shall ensure that all issued / received spares, tools and consumables are properly accounted.
- Shall assist in the maintenance work.
Shall report any highlights and exception to the maintenance supervisor and other concerned parties.- Shall update his inventory everyday.
Shall generate daily / weekly / monthly inventory report.
- Responsible in generating timely requisition of spares, tools and consumables.
Shall regularly make follow up on the needed spares.- Shall maintain a safe buffer level of inventory to prevent stock out.
Shall execute other task that will be assigned to him by her / his superiors.
- Organized Warehouse Space.
Keep warehouse clean and organized.- Prepare and complete orders for delivers.
Experience in supervisory position.
