Major Responsibilities:
- Receives and checks documents about the delivered items and ensures that records matched the order specifications or requirements for quantity, quality, etc.
Handles issuance of materials or equipment required and site. Check the availability of materials and equipment as per the requisition slip and coordinate with the Construction department.- Preparation of receiving report, Materials issue slip purchase requisition, and other accountable forms.
Entry quantities issued and received into stock card for proper requisition and other accountable forms.
- Handles proper storage of items, tools and equipment at the respective warehouse and ensures they are free form damage, loss, theft, etc.
Responsible for unaccounted damage, loss, or pilfereage resulting from negligence or lapse in the performance of duty.- Conducts periodic inspection on the proper arrangement of material stock and coordinates with the operations group regarding safety of materials and equipment.
Summarizes the cost of materials issued daily for engineering reference.

Participates in the implementation of the organization's Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety Program.- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
