Prepares orders by selecting and pulling out from shelves/location/s warehouse items based on quantity and kind/specific items identified on the request document/packing list/bills of materials.
1 Ensures that items to be delivered are accurate in terms of quantity and correctness as ordered by the customers before being released from the warehouse.
2 Check the quality of all assigned incoming and outgoing items/materials/spare parts/equipment.
3 Packs orders as necessary.
Ensures that requested items/orders are accurate and complete.
Stages items correctly for loading/delivery.
Plans and monitors product storage and dispatch.
Responsible for stock replenishment.
Monitors stock control system.
1 Update bin cards daily.
Assist in the unloading of inbound shipments/orders for both foreign and local items.
1 Handles the initial counting of all incoming deliveries to determine the quantity of materials received versus the delivery receipts.
Assist in the quarterly inventory of equipment and materials inside the warehouse.
Ensures warehouse goals are met.
Maintains a high level of health and safety standards
Performs other related duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Education: Graduate of Industrial Engineering or any equivalent course in the logistics field.
Work Experience: At least six (6) months related work experience.
Skills/Training: Above average communication skills can work effectively with all levels of people, computer literate can work with minimum supervision even under pressure, trustworthy, keen on details.
Additional Qualification: Willing to work long hours and can work on a shifting schedule. Can adjust to warehouse situation and conditions.
