Job Description

A. Processing of Items for Delivery

  • Checks transaction slip upon receiving from Logistics Associate

  • Scans serial numbers of the items picked

  • Notes items picked and serial numbers scanned on transaction slip

  • Opens items picked and scanned for sticking of warranty seal

  • Moves picked and scanned items to corresponding staging area

  • Acquires delivery receipt/SSH (sales shipment) and checks if items stated are already situated in staging area

  • Places items in boxes and notes the quantity of boxes used on the delivery receipt/SSH (sales shipment)

  • Seals boxes with Beyond Innovations tape

  • Moves boxes ready for delivery on releasing area

  • Loads boxes inside container van once ready to be delivered
  • B. Stocks Monitoring

  • Monitors number of stocks

  • Ensures items picked follows first in, first out rule
  • C. Monitoring of Reserved Items

  • Ensures received items in staging areas are placed properly and without seal
  • D. Receiving of Stocks

  • Scans every items delivered before receiving

    Places barcode on each items once received

    Minimum Requirement:


    Must have at least high school diploma or equivalent

    With at least one (1) year working experience

     Fit to work, strong physical stamina

    Basic knowledge in warehouse operations

     Must be able to handle various tools and equipments

    Good coordination skills

     Trustworthy and reliable

    Good communication skills

     Flexibility in working hours (amenable in working overtime)

    Willing to be assigned under Agency

     Willing to be assigned at Libis, Quezon City

    Job Type: Full-time
