Responsibilities:- Manage BO from KAs and other KA BO-related concerns;
Process Return Orders (RO) in SAP/system within ten (10) calendar days from receipt of pull-out documents for KAs (nationwide) and within three (3)calendar days from receipt of pull-out documents for KAs (regional-based);- Align weekly with the clients's Accounting Department to close all BO hanging balances within seven (7) calendar days from receiptof the hanging balance report from DMPI's service provider, Business Process Outsourcing, Inc. (BPOI); and
Create pull-out letter for all KAs.
College graduate with at least 2-3 years in Supply Chain operations and must have knowledge in Reverse Logistics Process and Operations
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Has background and knowledge in using SAP- Knowledgeable in microsoft applications, particularly excel.
Can work independently and can manage to work with less supervision
Can perform multitasking activity.- Can answer phone calls from time to time.
With client management skills.
