Duties and Responsibilities:- Supervise daily operations of the store in accordance with prescribed policies and procedures
Ensures smooth production and quality service during the shift.- Responsible for the accurate, efficient, and timely work
Ensures that the performance of the store employees is align the company's targets and objectives
- Improves quality, increase store revenues, controls costs, and improves profitability
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least a college undergraduate
Good supervisory and critical thinking skills
- Basic to intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
