Warehouse Team Leader Checks all orders for processing and verifies if stock is in warehouse then accepts orders ensuring the FIRST IN, FIRST OUT method with particular attention to the DATE OF EXPIRY of orders.
Ensures that all SKU's has MAPPING INVENTORY for processing.
Monitors the dashboard for any additional orders that are due to expire.
Coordinates with Customer Service for requests of testing, photo or video before packing of orders.
Coordinates with Customer Service for orders that are out of stock and possible color replacements.
Prints all the airwaybills according to the FIRST IN FIRST OUT S.O.P method and checking the ACCURACY of the number of waybills printed.
Distributes the picking load to the pickers.
Coordinates with Customer Service for requests of testing, photo or video before packing of orders.
Coordinates with Customer Service for orders that are out of stock and possible color replacements.

Distributes the picking load to the pickers.
Double check the parcels picked up against the number of parcels in the dashboard.
Coordinates with China team for any instructions or verifications.
Coordinates with Warehouse staff for the availability of stocks in shelves.
Coordinates with couriers in the daily pick up of the parcels and following up riders in case of delays.
Checks the Seller Center and may make the necessary complaints in case need to make any disputes. (i.e. non -pick up, etc)
May perform other tasks needed in the operations as the need arises.
Makes the monthly schedule for all Warehouse Operations Staff.
Monitor staff requests for vacation leave, sick leave and tardiness.
Prepares the daily time sheet of part timers and coordinates with HR and Acctg. for payroll purposes.
Over-all management and supervision of the warehouse operations.
May perform other tasks as needed.
