Responsibilites:- Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse personnel, including assigning tasks, training new hires, and monitoring performance.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize stock levels.
-Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, open communication, and employee development. Provide coaching and feedback to warehouse staff to promote professional growth and achieve performance goals.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of warehouse activities, such as inventory counts, shipping/receiving logs, and employee performance evaluations.
