JOB SUMMARY: He/she is responsible for overseeing the overall shipment and delivery of goods and warehouse personnel. This involves managing the loading and unloading of containers and setting up delivery routes.
- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that operational plans formulated are in line with the organization's goals and is streamlined with Bureau of Customs (BOC) policies and procedures.
- Assist in coordination of delivery schedules and drop shipment strategies.
- People Management
- Prepare weekly schedule of Checker; Manage attendance of checker's
Coordinate activities of personnel within the storage facilities
- Troubleshoot personnel concerns and inquiries
Train and evaluate checker's performance- Ensure compliance of safety guidelines for personnel
- Suggest necessary improvement in operations processes as necessary
- Ensure efficient work flow in the Warehouse Operations
- Implement appropriate safety guidelines and investigate injuries or unsafe conditions.
- Monitor storage/warehouse status and conditions.
- Provide assistance by coordinating with appropriate departments regarding incoming delivery
- Preparation of Delivery receipts and delivery notes.
- Maintain accurate records and files of delivery receipts.
- Update records in company Google Sheets.
- Prepare and present staff reports and other correspondence as appropriate and necessary.
- Coordinate trucking and storage activities with outside agencies and organizations.
- Administer personnel cash fund requirements and monitor their liquidation reports.
- Assistance during examination (audit) with Bureau of Customs, DEA, BAI and other government Agency.
- Liaise with storage and trucking personnel as necessary to ensure timely releases and receiving of delivery
SECONDARY:
- Assist with Manual filing of documents with BOC
- In case of surge of container or as the needs arises, he/she will be assigned as checker.
- Other administrative (Adhoc) function deemed necessary for the operation.
- REQUIRED COMPETENCIES (skills, knowledge, etc.):
- Knowledgeable in Import-export policies and Laws
- Familiar with process and guidelines of government agencies (BOC, BAI, DEA, NMIS, etc)
- Strong communication skills
- Good analytical and Technical Skills
- Good leadership qualities
- Familiar with Microsoft office and Google forms
- Familiar with storage facilities / warehouse
- QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in any business-related course
- At least 2 years experience in the related field
- Strong advantage if license and accredited as customs broker
- With Team Leading Experience

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
Schedule: - 10 hour shift
