We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Warehouse System Associate to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our warehouse management systems (WMS), ensuring inventory accuracy, and supporting efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Operations:
- Operate and manage WMS to monitor and control warehouse activities.
- Input and maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS.
- Generate reports related to inventory, shipments, and warehouse operations.
Inventory Management:
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and movements.
Data Entry and Documentation:
- Ensure all data entries are accurate and up-to-date in the WMS.
- Maintain and organize warehouse documentation, including receipts, invoices, and shipping documents.
System Troubleshooting:
- Identify and troubleshoot issues within the WMS.
- Liaise with IT support for system upgrades and technical problems.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines within the warehouse environment.
Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
Experience:
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or inventory management preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Google work space (Gsheet, GMAIL, GFORMS)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot system issues.
