The
Warehouse Supervisor oversees the general operations of the warehouse and its staff. He will handle the recording and maintaining of inventory, and provides live inventory and potential at risk materials.
Overseeing general warehouse operations and item handlers
- Recording and maintaining levels of inventory and it's accuracy
Receiving and dispatching of RMs and FGs from warehouse to stores- Training of new employees
Warehouse safety, functionality and upkeep
- Coordination of logistical processes with the central supply chain department and Production
Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Operation Management, Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
- Must have BOSH certification
Minimum of 3 years experience in retail or food warehousing, commissary, supermarket or hotel
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control software, and other relevant technology is important
Must be familiar with health and safety regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in people development and management- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on diagnosing and analyzing data variances
