Warehouse SupervisorSupervises overall warehouse operations to ensure goods are at the right place at the right time.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures timely and efficient management of the inbound and outbound movement of goods
Arranges timely, safe, and cost-efficient mobilization of goods to customers.- Ensures the timely and accurate processing of transactions in the ERP system, proper control
Develops warehouse systems and processes to improve the efficiency of operations
- Ensures inventory integrity and accuracy; control, safekeeping, proper handling, and audit of all inventory
Manages budget, plans long-term goals and projects- Manages and motivates a high-performing warehouse team
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS REQUIRED:
Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or any related course
Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or any related course- Minimum 5 years experience in a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory position
Knowledgeable in Warehouse Operations/Logistics & Material Handling, has led year-end inventory counts
- Analytical, strategic, systematic, problem-solver
Good Excel skills- Good people management skills
Meticulous, keen attention to details
