TO BE ASSIGNED IN TAGUIGThe Warehouse and Logistic-Supervisor is in charge of leading smooth and efficient transactions and activities in the warehouse to ensure accurate inventory of products daily.
- Monitor and fulfill processes and procedures to ensure product availability at all times
Implement conformance on proper system process and documentations of items- Supervise proper and accurate inventory conduction
Implement timely release of good quality and correct quantity of products
- Monitor regular maintenance of all assets and logistic equipment in the warehouse
Analyze shipment logs and recommend better processes and procedures.- Arrange schedule of manpower to ensure smooth operation
Submit required report regularly
- Manage and monitor employee performance to meet required KRA and KPI
Prepare budget, monitor and manage department cost- Propose plans for warehouse improvement
Conduct regular coaching session with the subordinates for better performance
Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering for any 4 years course
At least 2 years working experience in warehousing and logistic- High integrity and work ethic
Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to analyze warehouse and logistic data
