Warehouse Supervisor (Pooling)

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our pioneering team. The ideal candidate shall be generally responsible for maintaining and overseeing inventory and supplies by receiving, storing and delivering items. He/She shall ensure the highest quality of work and maximize productivity of warehouse.

To be successful as a Warehouse Supervisor you should be experienced in optimization of warehouse processes and be an effective team leader. An outstanding Warehouse Supervisor should be dependable and have excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Job Description:

Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods

• Analyze shipment logs and review timeliness of scheduled deliveries

Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials

• Perform daily inspection of the warehouse grounds

Check orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy

• Determine and track most important warehouse KPIs

Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices

• Ensure basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations

• Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Knows how to operate forklift and reach truck

• Required Skill(s): SAP, Inventory Management

Preferably with experience in FMCG industry

• Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
