- Commit to customer satisfaction: Coordination of deliveries; Proper loading of items; Proper routing of trips; Closely monitoring deliveries; Imparting excellent customer service to delivery teams
- Ensures 100% inventory integrity through: Proper implementation of the distribution process; Ensuring all orders are tracked and encoded in the system; Ensuring all transactions are documented (inbound/outbound);
- Ensuring 100% fleet availability through: Proper fleet management; Checking vehicle maintenances schedules; Management of vehicle repair schedules
- Ensuring Warehouse safeguarding: Establish security procedures and protocols; Handles opening and closing; Zero theft incident
- Manpower Management: Manages, monitors, and assigns tasks and duties; Manages manpower schedules; Provides training and coaching
- Create working operations manual: Document all processes of distribution section; Revise the manual periodically to adjust to business needs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
3-4 years of experience in supply chain operations, with a focus on inventory management, logistics, and fleet coordination.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive operational excellence.
Proficiency in supply chain software and systems for inventory tracking and management.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of warehouse security protocols and best practices.- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
