Job Overview:A Warehouse Supervisor is responsible on maximizing productivity of warehouse by overseeing warehouse operations including monitoring of stocks, good housekeeping, proper stock piling based on planogram, manpower distribution, inventory of supplies and over-all safety of products.
Receive Dispatch Form from Logistics- Make sure that all Dispatch Form are received two (2) days before the delivery date
Give dispatching assignments to Warehousemen
- Monitors warehouseman workload and performance
Ensure that products for deliveries are 100 % complete.- Ensure that all items are properly placed according to their designated racks
Ensure the implementation of FIFO
Make suggestions for productivity improvements
Monitoring of daily attendance- Preparation of personnel requisition if needed.
Interview applicants for Warehouse Staff
Monitoring of stocks inventory level
- Weekly consolidation and submission of Inventory report of Watsons and all accounts to the Assistant Warehouse Manager
Monitoring of actual inventory output
- Receiving, Delivery, Transfer and RTV Operations
Supervise unloading, loading, transferring and RTV operations- Ensure that RTV items are checked 100% daily
Monitoring of all incoming, for transfer and outgoing items
- Secure that all transactions are properly documented and correct
Encode RTV transaction to TRACC
- Maintenance and Housekeeping
Ensure that good housekeeping is practiced.- Conduct weekly check up on stacker forklift, jack pallet, lights
Suggest improvements for proper ventilation and lightning
- Conduct daily inspection of warehouses
Perform other duties assigned by the management and department head from to time. must be flexible and adaptable to changes that will occur during the course of employment.
