After 10 years of operations, our manpower complement has grown to 150 employees with expertise in the field of documentation & logistics. Our main office is located in Zone 5J Bridges Townsquare, Plaridel St. Alang-Alang, Mandaue City which is a very strategic in location, we are 5 mins from the airport and 10 mins from the seaport. And we have a satellite office inside PEZA zone with several staff assigned to have easier access to customers inside PEZA. Another satellite office located in Special Economic zone westside of Cebu. With these satellite offices, it could also hasten transactions with PEZA and Customs offices.

Job Overview_
The Warehouse Supervisor, is responsible for the overall supervision of the receiving, picking, dispatch and logistics and other internal process of the warehouse by planning, leading, organizing, and controlling of the section's activities as well as recommends to management process improvements in accordance to the standards, guidelines, procedures and statutory requirements to ensure achievement of customer satisfaction and service objectives of the company.

Main Duties & Responsibilities_
Supervises warehouse's activities such as receiving, picking, replenishment, put-away, storage, invoicing, dispatch, reverse logistics , delivery tasks by instituting control measures and standards to serve order requirements in a timely manner.
- 2.1 Monitors the physical inventory of the products in the warehouse by accomplishing the following tasks:
- 2.2 Ensures that the warehouse is ready, as to resources and game plan, in the conduct of the physical inventory, such as, cyclical, principal, and wall to wall count within the planned schedule.
- 2.3 Ensures reconciliation of variances and posting of difference analyzer on a timely manner to update the inventory balances in SAP.
- 2.4 Analyzes the results of the physical inventory count and do the necessary corrective action/s to prevent recurrence on the causes of inventory variance/s.
- 1.4 Slotting and Rearrangement
- 4.1 Triggers periodic slotting and reviews the report to properly plan the correct location where a material will be stored, in consideration of the fixed bin locations capacity.
- 4.2 Implements change of fixed bin location assignment to a material to have the right product at the right location to improve picking productivity.
- 4.3 Updates replenishment parameters of the material based on the newly assigned fixed bin location.
- Inbound and Outbound Processes
- 2.1 Reviews and takes action on the work task volume, to provide resources including, but not limited to storage space and manpower.
- 2.2 Supervises the distribution of warehouse tasks among warehouse personnel.
- 2.3 Ensures that all inbound and outbound tasks are released and work tasks are fully confirmed by regularly conducting random checking of the entire system.
- 2.4 Determines validity of bin transfer and batch conversion request.
- 2.5 Facilitates cancellation of all pending and open warehouse task identified whenever applicable.
- 2.6 Ensures returned materials are move back to its appropriate storage bins.
- 2.7 Ensures that transportation units are readily available to proceed in the posting of goods issue and transportation planning.
- 2.8 Manages inventory accuracy and proper storage by implementing an appropriate monitoring system of daily warehouse activities, to ensure security and safety of stocks.
- 3.1 Handles returns from customers and returns to suppliers within the returns policy of suppliers.
- 3.3 Develop and implement efficient return processes to handle products returned by customers.
- 3.4 Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of returned items.
- 3.6 Partner with recycling centers or disposal facilities to manage waste properly.
- 3.7 Analyze data related to returns and reverse logistics processes to identify trends, causes of returns, and areas for improvement.
- 3.8 Use data-driven insights to reduce return rates and operational costs.
- 3.9 Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, such as hazardous material handling, recycling laws, and environmental standards.
- 3.10 Prepare reports on reverse logistics activities and performance metrics
- 3.11 Identify and implement process improvements to streamline reverse logistics procedures and enhance efficiency.
- 3.12 Collaborate with the vendor and/or customer to reduce returns and improve service quality.
- People and Performance Management:
- 1 Prepares and discusses the Productivity Improvement Plan and performance score card of direct reports based on the agreed KPI set by management.
- 2 Continuously monitors performance review of direct reports by discussing with them the results of their respective KPIs and implements necessary corrective actions to ensure achievement of individual targets.
- 3 Provides development support to direct reports by one-on-one coaching and discussion to guide them towards efficient and effective completion of tasks.
- 4 Provides recognition and rewards to performing individuals to encourage further improvement of performance and skills.
- 5 Enforces safety, company rules and regulations at work at all times to create a safe and conducive working environment.
- 6 Conducts orientation to newly hired warehouse employee including, but not limited to, company rules and regulations, health & safety, and SOPs.
- 5.1 Administrative Functions:
- 2 Ensures proper recording and reporting system of all warehouse activities.
- 3 Prepares and submits warehouse related reports to apprise management an overview of the warehouse operations on a timely manner.
- 4 Collate data and do comparative analysis of performance to serve as point of reference for process improvements.
- 5 Signs and approves documents within level of authority.
- 6 Ensures proper filing system of all pertinent records and its maintenance based on required retention period.
- 7 Forecasts headcount, overtime (OT) hours and other related expenses of the warehouse based on historical records.
- 8 Monitors and controls cost and ensures that expenses are within allowed budget especially on OT of subordinates.
- Quality & Compliance Related Functions:
- 1 Prepares and submits to Warehouse Manager for approval the warehouse and quality plans including, but not limited to, training, PMP, housekeeping.
- 2 Conducts regular review of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards to the process owners to ensure compliance of the quality management system.
- 2 Monitors warehouse activities by doing regular quality check in the implementation of the processes.
- 4 Ensures that warehouse facility and temperature monitoring equipment are suitable to use by regular conduct of temperature mapping and validations and prepares the corresponding reports in compliance with the standards.
- 5 Ensures that the warehouse is safe, orderly, clean and tidy by monitoring that the planned housekeeping activities are implemented and followed to make sure an efficient warehouse operation.
- 6 Ensures compliance of the standard operating process and raise Corrective and Preventive Action/s of the identified non-conformities.
- 7 Monitors and evaluates effectiveness of Corrective and Preventive Actions to ensure timely closure of audit findings and prevent recurrence.
- 8 Acts as auditor in the conduct of the internal quality audit.
- Others:
- Acts as back-up to the Warehouse Manager in her absence to ensure continuity of operations.
- Ensures that only authorized personnel have access to the warehouse.
- Carry out all other warehouse functions as the need arises or that may be assigned by the
Operations Manager from time to time.

- COMPETENCY SKILL:
Excellent in written and oral communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge on inventory management
Knowledge in Warehouse Management System & QMS
Knowledge of GWP and other Statutory Standards.
Knowledge on equipment and material handling.
Ability to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
