JOB DESCRIPTION:As Warehouse Supervisor, you are tasked to be the lead person to manage the entire warehouse in terms of cleanliness, efficiency and productivity of staff, as well as deliver accurate inventory management and efficient logistics. You must supervise all warehouse and employees and properly delegate tasks to each one according to their characteristics and strengths.
- DUTIES AND RESONSIBILITES:
Manage several warehouses by keeping the entire work environment clean and free from pests.
- Must create and maintain a planogram for each product SKU with a given warehouse space.
Must ensure and implement the FIFO rule.- Must maintain sufficient inventory at all times. Coordinate with the management about SKUs with critical stock level. Set a three month buffer for slow moving items and 5 month buffer for fast moving items.
Maintain and consistently track inventory level. Avoid discrepancies. Acceptable percentage of discrepancy is only 2% versus the actual physical count.
- Conduct monthly physical counting together with audit team (company assigned representatives) every last two days of the month. Submit report to the management not later than 5th working day of following month.
Must submit to the management a weekly written report of delivery accomplishments and names of stores with back loaded items. Reschedule the back loaded items immediately for delivery and should not not exceed 5 working days. This is to avoid low stock level in stores and slow return of sales.- Must submit weekly report to the management regarding RTV (Return to Vendor) , near-ex and expired items. RTV items which are not yet expired must be quantified. Good items should be sorted well and put back to main inventory. Items close to expiration should be immediately reported for proper course of action. Before any disposal, have the list approved by the management before disposing any goods.
Must exercise and maintain proper health protocols to all warehouse employees to ensure everyone's safety.
- Performs safety check to all delivery vehicles. Ensure that all fleets are well maintained following their periodic maintenance service. All vehicles should be clean and tidy from inside and out at all times.
Carefully assign and designate tasks to each warehouse personnel to deliver 100% good result.- Reprimand staff if necessary. Discuss with HR Manager for possible issuance of written memo for repetitive wrong doings by warehouse staff in spite of verbal warning.
Must be unified with the management in achieving the goals and sales plan.

Other tasks that may be assigned by the General Manager from time-to-time.
Bachelor's Degree in any course- At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledgeable in inventory software and bar coding
Proven ability to direct and coordinate warehouse/logistics operations- Knowledgeable about vehicles, parts, and maintenance
Amenable to work in Quezon City
