Job Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including effective personnel management and task delegation.
Optimize warehouse in-out processes to enhance delivery timeliness and assist in resolving abnormal orders.- Monitor and control key metrics such as timely delivery rates, accuracy rates, and after-sales processing.
Supervise and guide warehouse staff to ensure efficient warehousing and timely order fulfillment.
- Manage internal warehouse affairs and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Regularly summarize warehouse activities, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies for enhancement.- Conduct 5S training for warehouse personnel to boost overall service quality and maintain organizational standards.
Ensure that all targets and KPIs are consistently achieved or exceeded.
- Motivate the team to meet both quantitative and qualitative performance targets.
Assist the importation manager in developing and implementing warehouse policies and procedures.- Schedule transportation services, allocate trucks, and plan efficient routes for deliveries.
Ensure adherence to safety and operational protocols within the warehouse.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related Business course.
- Knowledge of engineering and construction materials, as well as inventory management.
Proficiency with SAP systems.- Strong problem-solving, strategic planning, decision-making, critical thinking, and management skills.
Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
- Ability to drive both two-wheel and four-wheel vehicles.
Willingness to work in South Caloocan City.
