Job Responsibilities:- Supervision and Leadership:
Lead and manage warehouse staff, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and conducting performance reviews.- Foster a positive and efficient working environment.
Inventory Management:- Oversee inventory control, ensuring accurate counts and proper storage procedures.
Coordinate with relevant teams to manage inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.Operational Efficiency:
Streamline warehouse processes to improve overall efficiency and productivity.
- Implement and enforce safety and security procedures.
Shipping and Receiving:
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders.
Collaborate with logistics partners and carriers to optimize transportation operations.
Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet standards.- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any discrepancies.
Documentation and Record Keeping:- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and other relevant data.
Prepare and analyze reports to monitor warehouse performance.Team Training:
Train new warehouse employees on procedures, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the team.
Equipment Maintenance:
- Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and conveyor systems.
Schedule and oversee routine equipment inspections.
