Position Description:
Responsible for the management and operation of the warehouse in the philippines, including receiving, storage,picking,packing, and shipping of goods, ensuring the safety, integrity anf effeciency of warehouse operations.
Develop and implement logistics plans and strategies for the warehouse in philippines,communicate effectively with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Responsible for recruiting,training, and managing warehouse personnel in the philippines, ensuring the team operates efficiently and meets performance targets.
familiar with relevant policies, regulations, and customs clearance procedures in the Philippine Warehouse, responsible for ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
Manage the costs and budget of the warehouse in the Philippines,develop cost-saving measures.
Establish and maintain relationships with local government agencies, relevant organizations, and partners,seek and expand local resources and cooperation opportunities.
Prepare reports according to company requirements, regularly report on the operation status of the warehouse in the Philippines.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in logistics, management, or related fields.
- at least 3years of experience in logistics or warehouse management, with preference for those with experience in 3 years managing warehouses in various saoutheast asian countries.
- familiar with international logistics and related policies and regulations, understanding of customs clearance procedures and documentation.
- Possess strong team management and communication skills, as well as strong business development and coordination abilities.
- demonstrate a sense of responsibility, strong execution ability,resilience under pressure, and adaptability.
- proficients in computer operations, adept at using office software and logistics managent systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php95,000.00 per month
