Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Stock Management and Transfer:

- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock checks and audits.

- Coordinate stock transfers between warehouses or locations to optimize inventory distribution.

Courier Coordination and Receiving:

- Liaise with courier companies to schedule pickups and deliveries in a timely manner.

- Oversee the receiving process for incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Team Management:

- Supervise and mentor a team of packers, processors, and warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to operational standards.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

• Process Oversight:

- Ensure the smooth operation of eCommerce fulfillment processes, including picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and on time.

- Implement and enforce safety protocols and warehouse procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

• Reporting and Documentation:

- Prepare and maintain detailed records of inventory transactions, shipping logs, and warehouse operations.

- Report any inventory discrepancies, operational issues, or incidents promptly to management.

• Quality Assurance:

- Monitor product quality during packing and shipping processes to minimize errors and customer complaints.

- Implement quality control measures to uphold company standards and customer satisfaction.

• Team Leadership:

- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Address any behavioral issues or performance concerns among team members promptly and professionally.

• Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of inventory management practices, logistics operations, and courier coordination.

- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

- Proficiency in warehouse management software (e.g., WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.

• Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience with eCommerce platforms and fulfillment processes.
