Warehouse Staff ( Inventory)Job Descriptions:
- Tracking inventory maintenance.
Controlling flows of equipment and supplies.- Reporting to management and advising on process improvements.
Coordinating and directing multiple teams.
- Developing loss mitigation processes and protocols.
Training less experienced inventory workers.- Compiling inventory reports.
Addressing any problems, obstacles or challenges.
- Forecasting future inventory requirements.
Receiving and Monitoring deliveries- Report for undelivered deliveries from the store/ pending deliveries from supplier
Transmittal reporting for supplier invoices, Statement of Account Invoices and Delivery receipts
- Weekly reports of ship-out and deliveries
And other important tasks that can be assigned to him/ her
Qualifications:
- Good organizational skills to take charge of organizing inventory and improving the efficiency of the selection and shipping process.
The ability to manage multiple projects at one time in an efficient and timely manner.
- Good in problem-solving skills to come up with ways to improve overall efficiency and overcome inventory problems.
