JOB QUALIFICATIONS:- College Graduate
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft office
- Experience in Warehouse and Inventory Management is an advantage
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Warehouseman and Dispatcher in preparing materials and minor equipment during delivery dispatching. Ensures the count of items is loaded and DRs are correct before the dispatch of deliveries.
- Assist the warehouseman in maintaining the upkeep of the company resources storage, organization and safekeeping.
- Helps the warehouseman update the Construction Materials Request Tracker by encoding the completion date and corresponding Delivery Receipt numbers of material requests.
- Works closely with the Warehouseman in monitoring the count and movement of stocked fast-moving items to ensure sufficient stock is available. Coordinates with purchasers on the order and restock of fast-moving items.
- Oversees and records the issuance of batteries and tires. Ensures that used tires and batteries are accounted for before releasing new stock.
- Monitors the movement of stock to and from the warehouse and the company's satellite staging areas.
- Maintains close coordination with the assigned checkers/personnel in monitoring the inventory of the company's resources stocked at the company's satellite staging areas (G7, G8 and G4).
- Monitors the site-to-site movement of the company's minor equipment. Generates a weekly inventory report of all minor equipment in project sites.
- Assists the Warehouseman in preparing the daily incoming and outgoing warehouse reports.
- Perform any additional, job-related tasks that may be assigned by management.
