Qualification- Graduate of any 4 year Business course.
Must have at least Team Leadership Experience in warehousing or logistics operations.- Proficient in oral and written communications.
Proficient in ERP and warehousing systems such as SAP and WMS.
Responsible for checking daily attendance records, assisting in coordinating the recruitment process, and updating manpower headcount
- Monitor the staffing needs and operations of the warehouse
Aligned the work schedules by allocating employees in positions and shifts.- Develop and submit reports regarding various staffing tasks.
Responsible for timekeeping and time-off requests.
- Coordinate and assist in the preparation and execution of orientation and training plans.
Perform other assigned task/s from time to time- Assists in running an efficient warehouse operation which is able to fulfil operational standard procedures.
Ensure inventories in area of responsibility are accurate
- Secures warehouse file documents and checklists records.
