Position Description
- Facilitate property acquisitions (i.e., market/technical/legal due diligence, negotiations, contract preparation, execution, turnover)
- Validate commercial terms, project costs, operational expenses, and other variables versus company investment criteria (i.e., feasibility
study)
- Handle the marketing and disposal of idle assets end to end;
- Ensure lease renewals are on time and can deliver the required return (i.e., lease management)
- Manage and preserve the value of the companys real estate portfolio (i.e., security, maintenance, payment of real property taxes
and other government obligations)
- Facilitate the project development activities of the company from conceptualization, budgeting, planning, permitting, documentation,
execution, monitoring to project completion;
- Ensure that all projects assigned are within the budget and are delivered on time.
- Provides the Leadership Team with a concise overview/status of each project;
- Carry out any other duties in accordance with the General Position Definition

- College graduate
- With relevant work experience (e.g., real estate transactions, property management, store network development)
- Willing to travel
