The Warehouse Operations Supervisor is responsible for key functions in operations supervising order verification and fulfilment, and internal and external coordination. S/he will supervise the processing of orders and other related transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness of documents in AIRR Labs supply chain and fulfilment operations. S/he will also coordinate with 3PL and customer service groups for efficient and effective dissemination of information related to orders. S/he will report directly to Supply Chain & Operations Manager.
Ensure platform KPIs will be met daily (ship-on-time and fast fulfilment rate).
- Troubleshoot platform/tech issues and coordinate with AIRR and WH tech team for resolution.
Coordinate with AIRR Labs Brand Leads for promo details and stock requirements.- Coordinate with Demand & Supply Planners for stocks inbounding, inventory management, and PO creation.
Coordinate with internal OMS team for any tech support needed.
- External coordination with warehouse teams for order and inventory concerns and with platform teams for any assistance needed for order dispatching.
Implement continuous improvements on the warehouse fulfilment process.- Visit warehouses regularly to inspect inventory and actual fulfilment.
Compute for the optimal manpower during BAU and mega campaigns to secure SLAs and avoid backlogs.
- Monitor and validate monthly warehouse billings; implement necessary improvements on warehouse and actual fulfilment to minimize warehouse cost.
Coordinate with Food and Drug Authority and Bureau of Customs to secure license to operate and license to import.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent relevant experience- At least 3 years experience in operations and warehousing.
Experience in e-commerce is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills- Ability to collect, track, and analyze multiple data sets
Keen attention to details
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the organization and externally
