Warehouse Operations Specialist

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent.

With 4-5 years experience in managing and organizing the inventory in the Warehouse.

• Has in-depth experience in overseeing the storage and distribution of products for accuracy and efficiency.

With strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.

• Knowledge and experience in using WMS, ERP, SAP, or other related system.

Knowledge and experience in Inventory Reconciliation.

• Should be Highly analytical and Business-minded.

With good oral/written English and Filipino skills.

• Has a pleasing personality and positive attitude towards self and others.

Willing to work onsite at Mandaluyong

• JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Warehouse Specialist will oversee daily outbound operations, ensuring efficient storage and distribution of goods to meet customer demands. With a keen eye for detail and a systematic approach, they manage inventory, maintain accurate records, and uphold safety protocols. It also includes coordinating, picking, packing, verifying item accuracy, and reconciling WMS, physical inventory, and ERP records. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in WMS and ERP software, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to maintain operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Pay: Php35,
