We are an established cold chain storage and logistical solutions provider. We seek a hard-working and highly motivated Warehouse Operations Manager to:
- Orchestrate Plant Warehousing, Engineering, Quality Assurance and Inventory Management activity.
Lead and coordinate plant efforts to execute effective implementation of plant business plans and programs and the efficient attainment of operational targets and objectives.- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in nurturing business relationships and growing the plant business network and profitability.
Monitor and report plant operating performance and attendant use of resources.
Qualified applicants must possess the following QUALIFICATIONS:
- An engineering degree and hands-on competency in plant level operations and administrative services.
At least 5 years of experience in all areas of warehousing operations.- Delivery of high quality service standards on dwell time, fill rate, goods handling care and safety and other key results areas.
Must be receptive and retentive to management and training on warehouse and logistical management operations involving multiple clients and SKUs.
- A natural and tactful communications and leadership skills to manage personnel effectively.
Willingness to be assigned in Panabo, Davao Del Norte.
