AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. is the leading developer and operator of industrial parks and real estate logistics facilities in the Philippines. The group expanded into the cold storage space with ALogis Artico. The team is looking for an Operations Associate.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations Manager in the day-to-day operations of assigned ALogis Artico cold storage facility.
- To help achieve excellent customer experience by ensuring that the required services are delivered timely (within SLA) and with quality.
- To contribute in achieving the financial targets especially on the revenues set by the management for the assigned ALogis Artico cold storage facility.
- Supervise the manpower contingents such as forklift operator, QA, checker and documentation assistant.
- Close monitoring of inventory for both inbound and outbound activities within the prescribed metrics by the clients. Will handle the evaluation, preparation & renewal of service contract.
- Work with the Operations Manager/Supervisor in the preparation of budgets and forward plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Holder
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience. Fresh graduates with degree in Logistics Management or Warehousing are welcome to apply.
- Amenability to work in Pampanga
