Job Description

MAJOR FUNCTIONS
Ensure inventory accuracy by efficiently planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipt, storage and dispatch of products and materials and other related day-to-day activities of the Warehouse Department.
Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy by ensuring physical stock is in line with the Pandabook system inventory and ensures that all inventory movements are recorded real-time to ensure accuracy.

Ensure quality of products and materials by consistently implementing controls and countermeasures.

Ensure security of Warehouse environment and resources, and maintain access control, ensuring 5S housekeeping standards are always maintained.
Ensure that all relevant procedures and processes are followed and adhered to in line with company's requirements.
Maintain training matrix and ensure employees are adequately trained and competent within their role to ensure operational activities.

Overall supervision, coaching and management of warehouse manpower to efficiently meet daily operational requirements within the warehouse.

Assists in the operation of other sections and performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or its equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft (MS Word, advance excel formulas, PPT.) Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, and procedures.
Has a strong analytical skill and can proactively resolve problems.

Has a strong leadership and has the capacity to lead and train the team.

Highly meticulous and detail oriented.
Has the ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.
Has the ability to maintain the highly confidential matters.
