Must be graduate of any four (4) years course;- work experience on manufacturing company is a plus;

Facility Maintenance
: Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and overall maintenance of the storage facility, including sweeping, mopping, and performing routine inspections.
Security Management
: Implement security protocols to safeguard the facility, including monitoring surveillance systems, controlling access, and promptly addressing any security concerns. Count, weigh or measure items of incoming delivery / shipments in order to verify information against invoices, orders , bills of lading or other records Assemble cardboard or wooden containers or select preassembled containers
- Insert items into containers / boxes
Examine and unpack incoming delivery / shipments; record shortages and reject damaged items- Examine incoming delivery / shipments to ensure they meet specifications
Check in inbound inventory and administer the processing
- Trace and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
Responsible for monitoring the returns process- Sort, count, identify, verify and track all materials
Verify receipts and log them according to required procedures
- Investigate and resolve situations where items received are not properly documented in the daily receipt log
Maintaining inventory controls based on items on hand
- Picking and packing items for dispatch
Ensuring products are stored in the correct location and in good condition- Checking stock for damage and wear
Reporting faults and discrepancies to relevant parties
- Marking and labeling stock ( must have Date / Year Purchase )
Maintaining and managing the equipment in the warehouse.
Manage Returned items; powertools, adhere corrective documentation / maintenance
