Manage warehouse personnel (about 10 individuals) in daily performance of tasks including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.
Check proper execution of organization of stocks and proper recording of inventory and dispatch monitoring.
Verify reports and monitoring sheets of warehouse personnel.
Report any problem/issues to management for proper handling.
Check products for dispatch to make sure that it complies with company standards to ensure product quality.
Accurately maintain company database including all stock and warehouse items.
Reliably retrieve items from within the warehouse to be processed and shipped.
Job Qualifications
College graduate preferably in logistics or supply chain management. Three or more years of experience supervising daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.
Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and working primarily standing.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Interpersonal skills are essential, as working as a team is vital to maintaining and organized warehouse.
Typing and record keeping skills necessary to provide accurate information for managers and supervisors regarding warehouse inventory.
Ability to problem solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to their importance.
Customer service mentality is beneficial to ensure a positive customer experience by shipping items to a high standard.
