Job Description

Job Discription

  • Warehouse Management

    - Supervise and manage the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing and shipping.

    - Ensure the safety and orderly management of goods in the warehouse.

  • Inventory Control

    - Monitor inventory levels to ensure accurate recording and storage of goods.

    - Perform regular inventory counts to prevent shortages or excesses of materials.

  • Team Management

    - Lead and train warehouse employees to ensure efficient team operations.

    - Assign tasks and supervise employee work to ensure work quality and efficiency.

  • Logistics Coordination

    - Work with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate transportation and distribution of goods.

    - Deal with problems in logistics and optimize transportation routes and methods.

  • Safety and Compliance:

    - Ensure that warehouse operations meet safety standards and regulatory requirements.

    - Implement and maintain safety measures to prevent accidents and losses.

    Requirement

  • Age under 45

  • More than 2 years of experience as a FMCG warehouse supervisor, having managed a warehouse of more than 1,000 square meters

  • Familiar with FMCG warehouse management, familiar with order system operation, familiar with SOP

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Overtime
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
 Overtime pay
