Full job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to join our team at Guan Yiac Hardware. As the Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all warehouse and logistics operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods and materials.

• Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse and logistics processes, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and transportation.

• Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety protocols.

Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth inbound and outbound logistics.

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to minimize discrepancies.

• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and procurement, to forecast demand and plan inventory levels.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in warehouse and logistics management.

• Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Warehouse & Logistics Manager or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and transportation logistics.

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php30,

• 00 - Php40,000.00 per month
