As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations and ensuring the efficient and timely flow of goods and materials. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in warehouse management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity
Monitor and evaluate warehouse performance metrics and make necessary adjustments to meet company goals- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of warehouse operations with other business functions
Train and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest level of performance
- Implement and enforce health and safety standards to create a safe and secure working environment
Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies- Collaborate with suppliers and freight forwarders to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field- Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the marketing and advertising industry
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Familiarity with inventory management software and systems- Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in the warehouse industry
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
