Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other Duties May Be Assigned):
  • Trouble-shoot and resolves both inbound and outbound LPN issues, determines root cause and make the necessary system action to ensure proper product movement through the facility. This includes but is not limited to item discrepancies such as incorrect slots, abandoned work assignments, and improperly identified pallets or carts. Fix 300 and 250 errors in JDE.
Trouble-shoot hardware associated with WMS including but not limited to scanners, fixed printers, mobile printers, mobile computers, basic network connections and configuration, and pass relevant information to IT for assistance.
  • Systemically adjusts inventory to resolve Warehouse Management System (WMS) versus physical inventory discrepancies.
Performs slot location checks to validate WMS versus physical inventory including: cycle counts, quantity variance, Phase In/ Phase Out, and others as needed. This entails generating reports, physically counting the items, processing the data entry and creating follow up reports and required documentation.
  • Researches and resolves out of stock product using the Warehouse Management System.
Coordinate with IT staff on resolution of system errors and process errors.
  • Participate in, and communicate resolution of, after-action reports on all incidents of system malfunction, process failures, or human error (pertaining to WMS system integrity, food safety, and/ or a quality event as per DQMP standards).
Process and release work through system to the warehouse floor.
  • Perform daily code date verifications (upon receipt).
Assist in communication of key labor points with supervision during the shift.
  • Identification, proper recording, and distribution of restocking (coordinate replenishments with Team Leader)
Autonomously identify issues in data, paperwork, or communication that may interrupt customer facing business and take preventative action and/ or elevate issue to proper level of management (includes full understanding of information flow between internal departments and external entities).
  • Assistance in distribution, follow up of completion, and auditing of specials and add-ons.
Track and monitor special items such as promotion items and game piece items.
  • Processes damaged and recoup items by completing and logging issues and assigns product for proper disposition. Generates paperwork
Any additional assignments directed by the shift supervisor or warehouse manager.
  • Prints and separates invoices
Distributes store communications (paper) and pick up slips
  • Stuff driver route packets
Process inbound PO and verification (ROR/PO match, case count, temperature, code date)
  • Key Late add-ons and print labels, adjust invoice
* Key Specials, print labels, print invoice
  • Handle off-hours communication with stores (telephone, fax, or email)

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

- 4yr IT graduate

-WMS experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16,
  • 00 - Php20,000.00 per month
