Warehouse In-Charge is responsible in overseeing receiving and dispatching procedures in the warehouse. Assign workloads and tasks to warehouse staff. Monitor inventory and shipment transactions to ensure accuracy. Lead by example to promote work ethics and company values. Supervise staff and ensure they follow warehouse safety standards. Coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods. Maintain the quality of goods and prevent damage or loss. Conduct regular inspections to identify operational issues. Train new employees on warehouse operations and procedures. Prepare and submit reports on warehouse operations to management.
- At least a College Graduate of any course
- At least 6 months of experience related in this field
- Knowledgeable in warehouse operations and inventory control
- Ability to exercise good judgment in evaluating situations and making decisions
- Basic knowledge of any common software applications
