Functions:- Oversees, monitors the following section:
-Receiving
-Picking
-Checking for Loading of Stocks
-Filing
- Ensures accuracy of inventory in the system to maintain suitable inventory levels
Make reports on warehouse productivity- Trucking and coordination of receipts, storage and timely delivery of goods and materials.
Prepares discrepancy reports on sales orders vs. deliveries, unserved items, and good/bad orders.
- Evaluates and recommends manpower movements and process improvements based on operational needs.
Adheres to the company's Code of Conduct and make sure the same is implemented and adhered by the workforce.- Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
College graduate, Business Course or similar- 1 years work experience in Inventory/Supply Chain Management
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Scheduling
- Excellent analytical and planning skills
Good communication and organizational skills- Good character, detail-oriented and proactive
