Job Overview:The Warehouse Fulfillment Officer will be responsible for managing inventory, processing orders, and ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and manage inventory levels to ensure stock availability and accuracy.
Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.- Ensure all products are properly labeled and stored according to company standards.
Load and unload delivery trucks, verifying the accuracy of shipments received and sent.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.- Assist in the implementation of warehouse processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to order fulfillment.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in logistics, warehouse management, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or inventory management role.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift certification preferred).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy items.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
