Warehouse Encoder

• Receiving of Job Order, Delivery Receipt number and updating the AP System for run schedule of job order with allocation tag.
  

• Checking of delivery receipt from supplier with purchase and encoding to AP System to generate Receiving Report and Stocks Card.
  

• Updating of job order for received incoming raw materials in the AP System for the daily issuance of Raw material and stocks cards.
  

• Ensuring that warehouse records are generated, filed, labeled, maintained and transferred to DCC for archive after its active period.
  

• Receiving, filing, labeling, and ,maintaining of documents and other reports and surrendering of obsolete copy of documents to DCC.
  

• Preparing/encoding and submitting the Monthly Inventory Report of Finished Goods and Raw Materials to Warehouse Head for verification.
  

• Perform other duties relating to warehouse as deemed necessary by the Warehouse Head.
  

• Reports to Warehouse Head for any discrepancy of Job related matters.
