WAREHOUSE DELIVERY DRIVER

Job description

• Job Summary:

The Driver will be primarily responsible in planning the most efficient delivery route to ensure that goods for deliveries to different stores are received complete, in order and proper and in a timely manner.

• Duties and Responsibilities:

• Observe proper safe driving by exercising due diligence at all times following the Standard Operating Procedures established by the Company.

Ensure that delivery vehicles are kept clean before and after delivery.

• Help ensure that delivery vehicles are properly maintained by observing the standard procedure in the proper maintenance of vehicle.

Immediately report any unusual noise or sound or performance of the vehicle to the Mechanic or Manager by accomplishing Job Order Request Form.

• Fulfillment of Job Order whenever there is a need for the repair and maintenance of the vehicle.

Responsible for the safekeeping of vehicle accessories, tools and equipment attached to the vehicle.

• Ensure that cash advances are judiciously spent and properly accounted and liquidated upon arrival from trip.

Fulfillment and submission of Delivery Receipt Accountability and Returns Monitoring and Trip Ticket upon return from trip.

• Accountable for the completeness of Delivery Receipts and other delivery documents at all times until the same is acknowledged by the store and turned over to the guard.

• Required Skills/Abilities:

• Must possess a valid Driver's License with restriction code 1, 2 and

Familiar with traffic rules and regulations and can withstand long driving hours.

• Familiar with Metro Manila route and nearby provinces.

• Education and Experience:

• High school graduate or possess any vocational certificate related to driving.

Must have at least 2 years of experience as truck/van delivery driver.

• Physical Requirements:

• Must have clear eyesight with 20/20 vision preferred.

Must be in good mental condition and good physical physique.

• Others:

• Willing to be assign in HOLY CROSS NOVALICHES QUEZON CITY

Amenable to work every Monday-Saturday 9:00am-6:00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php745.00 per day
