As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible in consolidating, analyzing, and transfer data related to warehouse operations and inventory management. In addition, this role will collaborate with various teams to generate report and identify and communicate findings to Warehouse and Inventory Manager.
- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, track stock movements, and conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies.- Process incoming orders, ensure timely and accurate shipments.
Receive incoming shipments, inspect goods for quality and quantity, and coordinate outbound shipments with shipping carriers.
- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations.
Maintain shipping and receiving records, prepare shipping documents, and update inventory databases and systems.- Identify areas for process improvement, suggest and implement solutions to streamline warehouse operations and enhance productivity.
- Education and Work Experience:
Graduate of BS Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering
- 1 to 3 years professional experience in Warehouse Operations and Inventory Management
With industry exposure in Manufacturing and/or FMCG industry is highly preferred
Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Strong computer experience particularly Microsoft Excel.
Basic knowledge of warehouse safety practices and procedures.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Exposure in data consolidation, generating reports and inventory analysis.- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in warehouse environments.
Understanding of inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping procedures.
- Familiarization in inventory management software and warehouse management systems.
Amenable to report on-site daily.
- Willing to relocate/Open to employment opportunities in NCR.
