Responsibilities:- Responsible for stock picking and issuance of RM & PM.
Ensuring that FEFO rule is being followed in issuance.- Monitor the raw and packaging materials in SAP versus actual stocks.
Take the lead role in the daily & weekly cycle counting.In-charge of the alignment/reconciliation of stocks with production after completing the weekly program.
- Ensuring that the production's daily material requirement is fulfilled immediately
In-charge in transfer posting of stocks in SAP from warehouse to production during issuance.- Prepares delivery note for raw and packing materials to be transferred to other factories, or the Inter-factory Transfers (IFT).
Responsible for the monitoring of GWP in all the warehouses.
- Plans & Schedules the pick-up of stocks from the off-site warehouse.Helps in the monitoring of material expirations & control of stocks nearing to expire
Helps in the monitoring of material expirations & control of stocks nearing to expire- Coordinates with Contracting Party on matters pertaining to logistics and warehousing operations.
Coordinates with suppliers, truckers and dealers pertaining to factory operation.

Qualifications:_
- At least 2 years in college education in any baccalaureate courses.
At least 1 year working experience as a Warehouse controller in any industry, preferably in food manufacturing company- Computer LiterateKnowledge in Inventory Management
Knowledge in Basic Math
- Good Communication Skills
